Curried Veggie Stew
1 package TJ's Spiced Soybeans
1 bag TJ's Frozen Carrots Rustica
1 TJ's Fresh Zucchini, diced
1 TJ's Fresh Yellow Squash, diced
2 cups TJ's Butternut Squash Soup
1 1/2 cups TJ's Canned Diced Tomatoes
1 teaspoon TJ's Curry Powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup TJ's Golden Raisins (optional)
Combine all ingredients and simmer over low heat until vegetables are tender. Serve over whole wheat cous cous (suggestion... instead of water, prepare couscous with our organic veggie broth...same ratio of 1:1).
